This program is for people who want more coaching interaction or for people who have finished our 16 week program and want to continue with a training plan.
Your coach will work with you to create a training program built around your athletic background, life schedule, and pain.
How it works
- Your coach will design a program in a 2-week interval.
- Two 45 minute consultations per month which can include postural assessments, mental skills training, training goals, other questions.
- Schedules will be customized based on your feedback, training results, and time constraints.
- Communication with your coach is key! Monthly coaching utilizes our online training platform so you can view and log your workouts and write notes to your coach.
