Your training plan will be on the Training Peaks platform. When you sign up, we will send you an invitation to join the Train Away Chronic Pain group. Once you create your user name and login, we will set up your plan for you. You will have the ability to upload data from whichever device you are using to track your activities, such as Garmin, Fitbit, or Strava. Training Peaks is helpful, so email them with any support issues.
Health data: We strongly advise you to use the health data option on a daily basis. The fields we would like you to select are: weight, sleep, pain, well-being, pain-pills taken. Use the 10-point scale for the pain and well-being fields, where 0 is the lowest (worst pain, worst well-being) and 10 is the highest (most pain, best well-being). Some of the above categories are not specific options, but you can create your own fields.
