- Once your place your order, you will fill out a questionnaire so we can assess your level of pain and physical fitness as well as a questionnaire to determine your level of mental toughness.
- We will choose the correct training plan, that we’ve created, based on your questionnaire.
- The 16 week training plan is on the Addaero online platform. It is an active calendar where you will retrieve your workouts. You will receive an invite from us to join our group. Once you join, we will fill in your calendar.
- The Addaero platform has a log which we expect you to fill out daily to track your training and health information.
- You will have consultations with our team to evaluation your progress.
